A Big Thank You to those who came out to garden at St. John’s on August 13. It was a garden party because Deb brought muffins (a gathering without muffins is just a meeting!). Thank you Deb. And you can see that we were able to social distance appropriately!
We took 70 kg of green waste to Salish Soil and brought back ½ yard of soil to the church to ‘enhance the garden’ – thanks Jack!
We had a good time, followed the Covid protocol and it was so good to see people in the flesh! Hopefully we can organize another event such as this in September as there are more weeds still. |
