Well, my dears. What a night is was! We rang in da New Year in some fine style, I tells ya! 72 souls ate a fine scoff of the Jigg’s Dinner beautifully prepared by Patricia Baker and a sorry full of fine women! The delicious Blueberry Grunt was baked and planned by Agnes Muti and Allison Miller and their load of sweet helpers. Sue Lamb did the decor planning and made sure all’s the kitchen were shipshape an’ healthy. Dianne Baker stuck her nose in all the plannin’ and Emcee’d the night. Katie Angermeyer and the mighty ‘Cornpones’ played jigs and reels and folks songs through the evening! What a success!
Thanks to all who helped with clean-up. 7:30 rang the New Years bell and we was all done and dusted by 8:15.
